Strait Air is a dynamic company which was founded in 2000 and began its operations in Forteau, in Labrador, where the company operated from its own runway.
Over the years, Strait Air has acquired, among others, aircraft type King Air 100 (with a capacity of nine passengers) and Navajo Piper (with a capacity of seven passengers) and opened new service points such as: Blanc Sablon, Québec and Sept-Îles, which have become its main base with an aircraft maintenance service and modern facilities for the reception of its passengers.
